More Square One Tips

I wouldn’t go so far as to say that Josh Bersin’s Five Steps for developing a learning strategy are “Five Easy Steps,” nor would I call them “Five Quick Steps,” but that’s what makes them relevant and accurate and the “Five Right Steps.”

If you haven’t yet seen his article in ELearning magazine, you can read it online here: http://www.elearning.b2bmediaco.com/issues/summer07/summer07_coverstory.html

A lot is written about creating a learning (and elearning) strategy, but Bersin includes some graphics that are unique and helpful for prioritizing conflicting demands.  We’ve all been caught between strong constituencies, each equally convinced the educational program they want is more important than any others.  Bersin’s information will help you make your case for balancing your association’s educational curriculum.
